2.3 You must have the right to market and sell any property listed on our platform.
2.4 We reserve the right to edit, modify, or remove listings that violate our policies or local laws.
3. Compliance with Laws
3.1 You agree to comply with all applicable real estate laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
3.2 You shall not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices when dealing with clients.
3.3 Any disputes arising between you and buyers/renters must be handled professionally and in compliance with relevant legal frameworks.
4. Fees and Payments

4.2 All fees paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6.2 If your account is terminated due to violations, you may lose access to any active listings.
6.3 You may request account deletion by contacting our support team.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any property listings on our platform.
7.2 We are not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or legal matters arising between agents and clients.
7.3 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for listing services, if applicable.
8. Modifications to Terms
8.1 We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law
