Agents may pay to promote their listings as featured properties on the homepage. Promotions run for a fixed duration and appear randomly to visitors, with relevance to the visitor's location where possible.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to respect other users, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service or any transactions conducted through it.
